NSPCC Underwear Rule – PANTS
Simple conversations with children are the best way to keep them safe.
We teach our pupils the NSPCC’s Underwear Rule using the ‘PANTS’ acrostic. PANTS stands for:
- Privates are private
- Always remember your body belongs to you
- No means no
- Talk about secrets that upset you
- Speak up, someone can help
By working together we can help keep our children safe, happy and informed of their rights. You know your child better than anyone, we will work with you to help your children in the right way, at the right time and with the right information.
Guide for Parents from the NSPCC
