Awesome Archery!
Year 3 and 4 enjoyed taster sessions in Archery this week. They showed skill and determination and some of the children discovered they were highly competent in the sport!
Attendance Parties!
Those children who achieved 98+% attendance during the Autumn term were rewarded with a Tea Party this week! The next treat will be a disco at the end of the Spring term. Every school day counts!
Learning at Co-op Academy Oakwood
Peregrine Class have been writing and speaking French sentences this week. We recorded some for you all. Y2 have been drawing tiny objects in art so that we learn to look for small details. Great care and attention was needed. During English, the children of Moorhen class enjoyed looking at the use of time adverbials in their guided reading book. Greenfinches have worked hard comparing numbers to 20 and have loved learning all about penguins.
