Learning at Co-op Academy Oakwood

Year 2 really enjoyed physically touching the different parts of a plant this week for our new science topic. "The roots are really fragile." KS2 children are enjoying daily ‘A faster Read’ sessions. The lessons are designed to improve reading fluency and comprehension. Please ask your child about them. This week our Gardening club children worked hard filling planters with earth and compost ready to start planting.
