Jack and the Beanstalk Pantomime visits Oakwood.

The children were entertained this week by watching the Jack and the Beanstalk Panto! Lots of laughs and fun was had by all.

Learning at Oakwood

Peregrine class have been using cubes to help calculate their fraction conversions from improper  fractions to mixed numbers. We found it really helpful! Greenfinch class have been sorting 3D shapes and  loved making the three bears porridge today! Yum yum.  Year 2 have been learning about the use of candles in different religions. Today, our local vicar came in to show us advent candles. The children were fascinated.
